It is formally registered as non-stock, non-profit organization with the Securities & Exchange Commission-Cagayan de Oro City Branch, Philippines in September 2003.
PARTS primarily works as partner-implementer of projects that address nature conservation and poverty issues in chosen landscapes in Malindang-Zamboanga peninsula and other areas of Mindanao.
